K.Kahne +1800 1 unit

Don't let last years finish fool you. He was the best car last year at Dover.

I got that one at sportsbook.com , They have dropped him to +1500 last check. Olympic has him at +1600. I would still play him at those prices.

Got me some Kahne at 17-1.

Thinking about Stewart at 13-1 just can`t pull the trigger.

Stewart `s finished have been excellent and his qualifying has been off some bit.His last 5 finishes here have been 5th 3rd 4th 6th and 2nd.With starts 23rd 11th 11th 23rd and 10th.Stewart has not won since August 15,2004 at Watkins Glen.I may wait until after qualifying and try to have a better price.

I have Stewart on my watch list. I'll be keeping a close eye on him through practice. He is way overdue, and that only helps the price on him. I'll have some good numbers come sat, but again no impound. So the first practice I would think will be all about qualifying. To tell you the truth I've done better it seems at the impound races, Go figure?

Hey William-

Edwards tested at Dover, which is always a plus.

Glad to see you got your PC back up and going!

William,
Edwards has only one Nextel start at Dover started 15th finished 18th three laps down.He has two Truck series starts in 2003 he started 13th (which was rained out) and finished 33(or dead last) crashed on lap 5, in 2004 he sat on the pole and finished 14th one lap down leading 45 laps.
Like toast, said he did test here for a two day test a couple weeks ago and is happy about his car. He`s 8th in the points and Fridays qualifying weather has 70% chance of rain.

Hope this helps.Glad to see ya back!

Some tire info. Looks like only the left sides are different than last year. See below:

Tire Codes: Left-side -- D-6852; Right-side -- D-6812

Tire Circumference: Left-side -- 87.4 in. Right-side -- 88.7 in.

Technical Inspection Inflation:
Left Front -- 30 psi; Left Rear -- 30 psi
Right Front -- 50 psi; Right Rear -- 47 psi

Minimum Recommended Inflation:
Left Front -- 25 psi; Left Rear -- 25 psi
Right Front -- 48 psi; Right Rear -- 44 psi

Estimated Pit Window: Every 90-100 laps, based on fuel mileage.

Notes: All three NASCAR series will run the same tire codes this weekend, though the Nextel Cup and Busch Series tires will be branded "Goodyear Eagle" and the Craftsman Truck Series tires will be branded "Goodyear Wrangler" . . . this is the first year Goodyear has brought this specific combination of left- and right-side tires to Dover . . . this is the same right-side code (D-6812) as last year, but it is a different left-side code (D-6852) . . . NASCAR teams will also run this left-side code at California, Charlotte, Chicago, Kansas, Kentucky (Busch and Truck only) and Michigan in 2005 . . . unlike other NASCAR ovals one mile or less in length, teams are required to run inner liners in their tires at Dover . . . air pressure in those inner liners should be 12-25 psi greater than that of the outer tire.
