...not yet, but when do you think he should? Actually today is probably a good time.

I'm thinking that the first network will announce that Obama has won the election at um, lets say,.....

9:22 PM EST

they should have enough numbers from the eastern and central time zones at that time so that the battleground states of Ohio, Pennsylvannia, Virginia, North Carolina, Florida and Missouri will be in.

Jack, why don't you have a contest and give away $10,000.00 each (and a tee shirt) to the person who guesses:

1. the closest time to the actual time the first network projects Obama the winner of the election;
2. which network it is;
3. which state causes Obama to go over 270; and
4. how many popular votes Obama wins by.

I think the centrists here at MJ's would especially like to play this game as I feel they collectively seem to be in a better all around mood.

First of all, I am all for redistributing Jack's wealth to the rest of us in this contest idea. Hear, hear.

Second, I think the election could have been called in Obama's favor immediately when word broke that Palin could somehow, someday be the leader of the most powerful country in the world.

How poetic that the media is getting the blame, again, for a poorly run campaign, a poorly propped up candidate, and a selected running mate the likes of which we have not seen since the days of Quayle and Stockdale.

Cheers...it should only be about a week or so now, comrades.

The networks will be speechless when McCain wins in a landslide like Reagan. The people have not voted yet and the media is already giving it to Obama, sad, sad world we live in today.

For excitement purposes, I was hoping for a close election, but it's better for the Country to have this type of mandate so that there's no doubt about the support that the President has.

I really think that the courts deciding 2000 and the Ohio questions in 2004 caused a lot of divide. I think the Obama landslide is the commencement of the healing of the US.

bobby my friend....you are dreaming if you think obama is going to win in a landslide...as a matter of fact i really think ( & hope) that mccain is going to win....

all mccain has to do is keep repeating what obama has said not once but twice about spreading the wealth.....i believe that the american people don't agree with this...but what do i know i couldn't pick my nose this past weekend..
