My thoughts: How does a person this articulate in front of a camera not have the sense to find a better job........Pretty callous answer to mention he had been there for 40 years, even if blindsided. :0008

I have a suggestion. Do not have children when you cannot properly care for their needs.
Improve your value and you will improve your compensation. Very simple concept.
