Memphis Tigers.......anyone else think they can go all the way???

Maybe I am just nuts but my book had Memphis at 30-1 to win the title and I went some on that price a month ago...........now they have moved the price to 20-1 so I added a little more tonight........That sure seems steep for a top 5 team..........maybe its because they are so young.....


I know this team is young but they could have easily beaten Duke on a neutral floor and they go 9 or 10 deep and will run you off the floor and they can sure shoot the 3.........they really played sloppy tonight and still won by dd's..........

There are some good teams in Uconn, Duke , Mich St etc but I dont see where these guys cant play with anyone this year.......even if they just make the final 16 at 30-1 and 20-1 ... I can hedge....

Just wanting to hear others thoughts........they have covered almost every game so they see to be way underrated by the linesmakers........

They are young, but by seasons end, watch out.

After blastings by Duke and Tennessee ..........Texas sure has lot a lot of its pre season luster...........we shall see how Memphis does

I have them @ 25-1. I believe they will get a #1 seed playing in that conference(@houston only possible loss). Can't beat a #1 seed @ 25-1.

i have them at 25-1, 18-1, and 20-1 at three separate books all placed before the Duke game. This team is special, but it may take them a year before they go to the title game. I see them going to at least the elite 8 this year. They will likely lose 3 main ingrediants to the NBA this year. Carney and Shawne Williams will be lotto picks and D Wash will go late 1st round. Who was the last team to have 3 1st rounders?...oh yeah last years UNC team. This Memphis team is the deepest in the country without a doubt. If Washington can stay healthy and they can get through without any other injuries...It could happen IMO
