Call it holding. half the distance..... 4 1/2 yd. line .....not the 2 yard line..... auto 1st down. Little difference but perhaps significant.
thats one of the best pieces of camera work ive seen in quite some time. for real, thats a great job by whatever kid took that photo.

That shot tells it all. He's making contact before the ball gets there. End of story. Breaking a rule is breaking a rule no matter when it happens or its effect on the result of the game.
Actaully Iam starting to think that wasnt the picture...cuz I dont remember Hodge batting the ball away....
They must have taken the picture off the website, unless there is another reason why I can't seem to access it.
