Update on the scumbag tenant who's renting where I'm staying, for anyone who survived my earlier Sweat-The-SMALL-Stuff post.
From the files of 'I told you so':
Landlord called the police tonight, as sho got home to find out that her stereo had been stolen. Personally, I always get one of those anti-gushy feelings when talking to the police, probably not dissimilar to the way it feels when one first meets their future in-laws. Pretty clear who the culprit was, o-super-cops.
Vegas line is -260 this scumbag ends up (back) in jail before the calendar-flip.
Another tenant here saw brainless (and a friend) loading some packages into the friend's car--some items hidden in blankets. Too bad this Ace-Ventura couldn't put 1 and 0 together at the time. Some people have to wait until it's too late--until the equation has already unfolded and the damage is done.
I still think that this guy is due to f-up worse.
I still think that this guy is a menace to society.
I remain an advocate of vigilante justice.
Despite all the excitement, I have a strange feeling that I am going to sleep like a baby tonight. Will be a nice change.
