VERY SAD. NO ATLANTA FAN, BUT IT SUCKS. CAN HE COME BACK THIS YEAR ? ESPN WON'T BE THE SAME. I HOPE VICK IS NOT RUINED BY THIS.

I would say you draft him where you can draft him. What I mean is if you think your draft is going well, you're content with your team, and you can take a shot with him before anyone else tries to take a chance on him then go for it.
Just keep in mind that people still may draft him really high thinking that he'll be just fine once he comes back or thinking they are "outsmarting" everyone. Also everyone in your pool might completely shy away from him not willing to take a chance on him at all.
