KOD- push last weekend with SC...pissed spurrier didn't kick the FG for the cover...not to mention I should have played the game at -5.5...

Beware of this road favorite...your playing the ML so no worry with the points...but you have a lot of intangibles in this game...road favorite at night against a team that plays great at home...Mich gave PSU a loss that could have cost them an appearance in the NC...and you've got to ask yourself who has MICH really beaten this year...scary game to play IMO with that much on the ML...

as always good luck to you...

ANN ARBOR, Mich. (AP) -- Michigan beat rival Michigan State the way it likes to beat everybody -- by dominating the line of scrimmage.

The Michigan rush defense, which entered the game tops in the nation, allowed only 60 yards Saturday, while the Wolverines managed 211 on the ground in a 31-13 victory.

Big Ten rushing leader Mike Hart ran for 122 yards on 22 carries as the sixth-ranked Wolverines (6-0, 3-0 conference) kept their national championship aspirations flourishing and retained the Paul Bunyan Trophy. Michigan is 6-0 for the first time since 1997.

Michigan ran the ball 42 times and attempted only 17 passes, but Chad Henne threw for touchdowns on three of them. Two of those went to Mario Manningham, who has caught eight touchdown passes in his last four games.

I really doubt Penn State can stay in this game. Their run game will be stopped cold and Morelli will have to pass to win.

Good Luck man.... I'm a Michigan fan and this game scares me........

I was at the PSU-Ohio St game last year at night and that place is magical.......I will be going to this game as well......and I can't wait..... but it will not be easy by any stretch(although I'm hoping it is)....

Couple of notes, that thom mentioned....mich probably cost psu a shot at the NC last year

this is psu nc game this year....one theyve been waiting for

Lloyd Carr despises night games, thank god hes not play calling

I'm sure you know all the trends, but mich has been a trend breaker this year.....if they play their A game on both sides of the ball your money should be fine.....gl again

does manningham being out not concern you at all?
..........................................................

I have seen nothing that indicates Mario will not be dressed for and play at Penn St Saturday.

Penn State RB Tony Hunt ran 31 times for 144 yards and two touchdowns and caught a pass for a 15-yard score in the 28-27 overtime win over Minnesota.

Shut down time on this guy.:sadwave:

Michigan ?

The Michigan machine keeps on rolling with Chad Henne looking like another Tom Brady, Mike Hart running as well as any back in the country, and Mario Manningham scoring touchdown after touchdown. The D never let MSU get into the game. Now comes the nationally televised, ABC Saturday night showcase game against Penn State. It's Michigan's time .........

Uh Oh

I heard Manningham might be done for the year??? If that's the case this will be a huge blow to Michigan.

FOXSports.com Posted: 18 minutes ago Mario Manningham might be OK to go Saturday when his No. 4-ranked Michigan team takes no Penn State. Then again, maybe he won't be. According to a report on the Detroit Free Press website, Michigan head coach Lloyd Carr was noncommittal when asked about the availability of the Wolverines' star wide receiver. "Is he going to play? We'll have to see," Carr said. "I don't have any comment on Mario. I'm sure you understand, because I don't know everything there is to know." Manningham was believed to have been injured during Saturday's win over Michigan State. But he did not give interviews after the game. And on Monday, his coach wasn't saying much more during his press conference. "I'm not acknowledging anything," Carr said. "I just don't have anything to tell you." Manningham leads the Big Ten in receiving yards, averaging 87.8 per game. He has also found the end zone nine times, second-most in the nation for a wide receiver.

:mj16: lloyd carr as a road favorite, hoy vey!!!!
15-35 while he's been a coach at ann arbor. hitting less than 40% of time is NOT a very profitable bet.:s1:

better yet take temple +45... :142smilie

How you can put Carr's road fav record and use that to determine a play on this game is beyond me. Your just stupid.

You should wait for UCLA vs USC and take your
+45 points then. You will need it.

Yeh the bashers always come out at night.

You did the subtle bash. Thats where you make a statement and then in the next breath discount it like it never happened.

Looks like I am up on you, as I haven't read a post of yours yet.

The biggest concern that I have at this point is not if Mario is out of the game, but who will take his place.

I can understand Carr not wanting to let Penn St know he is out so they can stop preparing for him.

Michigan Moneyline down to -280

Not to worry this early in the week. Let me see how this pans out.
