Microsoft Outlook Help

I need to wipe my hard drive and re-install XP. I want to save my e-mails and restore them to Outlook. I've done it before but can't seem to remember how. I don't even know how to ask the question in order to use "Help". Can anyone here direct me how to do it or how to find the instructions in "Help"? :shrug:

Otherwise, a simpleton such as myself would take all the e-mails and put them in a personal folder, then zip that personal folder onto a cd and reinstall via cd after you wipe your computer clean.
