How many points do you typically use for a middle?

I have Jets pk as 3rd game in a 3 game 6.5pt tease.

Could take Cowboys +7.5 buying the half and have a whole 7 points to middle.

And could rig the #s up for betting so that either way I still win like $15 peanut...
