Yeah I would rather the Vikes trade Harvin than give into paying him close to Calvin Johnson money. He is a slot receiver who does get dinged and has attitude problems. One never knows when a Migraine may show up.

Wallace is a good replacement even though I think he is a bonehead. So yeah I would go for Wallace and get rid of Harvin, be nice if they could keep both but Harvin is dreaming

they need to take another step forward..

too many years of this franchise not getting over the hump..

the Farve move is still a bust in my mind..

Percy has been a pain in the ass Diva Boy since he played in my backyard..

I can see the field from my patio.

Yeah but Percy is being too much a pain in the ass.

You think Favre was a bust, I don't know about that. Brad Childress is one of the worst coaches in NFL history. Favre got them so close. Look at the year before with Jackson, 1 and done..

Bret did what he did best the latter part of his career..

throw when he shouldn't into a window that was not open..across his body and off the wrong foot..

you know and I know that chapter was written the day he signed.

Yeah I hear ya there, but they wouldn't of been a play away without him

I was more pist that Peterson fumble twice, Harvin fumbled inside own 20 and Sydney RIce fumbled inside Saints 10 then too many men in the huddle and then to watch that throw.. Gave the game to the Saints, but that's how it goes, Saint fans actually think they outplayed the Vikes that day

true enuff BP..

they are years away from the firepower to win it all now..

and Ponder is still a question mark..

it's a score 35 to win league now..

AP one of the few backs left who can open up the passing game..

Ponder has to take better advantadge of that this coming season...

Exactly....One day these players who think they are god's gift to a fanchise will wake up to realize that they are nothing but a "dime a dozen"....

Love the NFL off-season almost as much as the regular....

Sounds like Wallace is just like Harvin. Overvalued his worth. Mike wants Megatron money but he isnt even the best wr in Pitt. Steelers are letting him walk because of the money he wants and he just isnt clutch. In the past 5 years I can name many Steelers wr's that were better because they were clutch. Ward, Holmes, even Brown are better. Sure he has speed and can streatch the field but you can draft a kid from college to do that. Even in a contract year in 2012 he didnt impress.

Harvin and Sidney Rice together again? WOW.

Maybe Harvin won't have so many headaches now playing in Seattle as compared to Minnysoda!!

EH!

Holdouts = burn outs = no production going forward, good free agent signing are those who are under the radar and cost the team lil money and big return on production.

A bunch of players getting released, tells you that the teams don't care to pay them and probably their chemistry with their former team wasn't good with them in place?

Freeney gone, Harrison gone, Deangelo Hall gone, more to come.

Harvin will have a great season in Seattle!!

IMHO

I think the Vikings got a pretty good package for Harvin.

If they pick up Wallace, 'm not exactly sure how Ponder will ever get the ball to him. I think Gags is right about he and Harvin both being head cases but, I would rather have Percy on my team (if he is playing).

I agree Childress was one of the worse coaches ever but, Tice was twice as bad. Between you and me, Frazier is an upgrade but, not by much.

Childress much much worse than Tice, much worse. What is your problem with Ponder as far getting the ball to a Wallace who is going to Miami is it his arm? I'm very skeptical of him no doubt, I think if they get a Jennings and a solid pick he will be fine. Look for them to target a Gibson type

I think Ponder panics and I'm not sure he will be able to set and throw deep enough for Wallace.

Gibson may be a better fit than Jennings although I can still get a word to the Cardinals about the availability of Larry Fitzgerald especially since you have a few extra picks now.
