On Sunday.......

-Dallas appeared to step up the defense after giving up 31 in the 1st period......holding the T-wolves to 16 in the 2nd.

-The 2nd period Mavs intensity on defense seemed to sap both teams of their energy as the game played out.

-KG will be force to get down in the post area and do some scoring....if Minn is to have any chance at all......trying to trade jump shots with the Mavs isn't going to get it done.

-Unless the Mavs fall behind early again.....I don't expect them to show the defensive intensity of game 1's 2nd period. They would rather just run back and forth out scoring the opposition.

-I think Dallas gets off to a better start tonight and avoids the need to go defensive.

thanks for the hello. every year work obligations take me away during march and into april. back now and pretty quiet, at least through nba playoffs. should be able to post from time to time. glad to see you, and the usual suspects continuing to do well.

Nighthorse.....I've even promised myself I'd QUIT for the season "if" I hit +50!

The first time at +49 I got within 1 point of the cover!! The second time it wasn't even close.

It's become a "mental" block and that's not a good thing. Maybe I need a "puff" from AP's magic pipe?

Never tried the stuff....but if it helps ya arrive on the 1000 mile journey....then what the heck!
