From what I heard his report is remiss with a lot of accusations but little to no proof. Also, when did the alleged use take place.....even though I think it is wrong to use any enhancements the fact is if it wasn't illegal people are going to use them even if it's "immoral"

It has pretty much always been illegal without a legit medically necessitated prescription. It has also been specifically banned by baseball since 1991and is in the class of substances banned by baseball since 1971.
So that argument doesnt fly. only ther testing is recent, not the ban or the illegality.
