Playing 5 units on Mizzou - 1

This is the most talented team in Missouri history in my 30 years following them. The addition of Jason Conley who just became eligible this semester and gaurd Pulley really makes this team extemely deep. Talent wise, this team can compare to any one.
They haven't hit on all cylinders yet, but if they tighten up on the defensive end..... look out. With Illini gaurd Williams out with a broken jaw, Dee Brown is going to have to really be on top of his game. Yes, this is one of the biggest rivalry games out there but see Mizzou coming out on top.
Can't wait for it to start.

I am on Mizz for a 5* myself. Think they are a better team than Illinios is. Ill hasn't done anything to impress me this year, so going with the Tigers.

Hey Ranstl, been following the Tigers for 30+ years also. I have lost more money on this series than most people lose in a year. Don't remember the year, but the line in the paper came out Illini
-2 (was going through a local in Columbia) by 5:30 when he put out the line it was up to Illini -8. I said damn Dale trying to get a little Mizzou money, he said still trying to get my first dollar. Needless to say the game went 3 or 4 overtimes and MU covered. Later I asked him how much he won, all he would tell me was "alot, alot, alot, alot.

Quinn Synder teams seem to always come out slow but by Feb Mar they are usually playing their best ball. This team is quite talented but their gaurd play is suspect. Conference play is right around the corner and Quinn had better find a good rotation for all these players. Jason Conley is still trying to get a feel for his role but I think he will be starting by conference time.
I think this team will be rolling by tourney time. I will give the Illini their due but if this game is played in mid february, I think the Tigers win by 10.
