What about the total on mets/yanks?
Lieter always does good against yanks.. and pettite is pettite... I have no clue what the total is.. but i would lean towards under?

Pettite might be injured

"Pettitte is making his first start since last Friday, when he was forced to leave after 5 1-3 innings against Atlanta due to a pulled groin muscle"

Hey there Teddy,
Sorry I didn't comment earlier, but was on the road.........

I would pass on a total play with the Mets and Yanks......... at 7 1/2 is just a touch to low for me to take an under on that one. The main reason I like the Yanks is their bullpen and their bats have got to come around. Where the Mets have been really inconsistent with the bats and their bullpen has been a huge step down from last year. The kicker of getting even money on the Yanks is too much for me to pass up as well.

GLTA,

I am adding these two.....

Play: Orioles (Roberts)
Line: +150
Opponent: Phillies (Daal)

Play: A's Vs. Giants Under
Line: Under 8 -105
Pitchers: Mulder Vs. Estes

All I can say to the Manager Hargrove is this: If you have another 6-0 lead in the 7th leave the friggin starter in......

I also had Baltimore. Being an Indians fan and watching Hargrove for a number of years in Cleveland, I can tell you the only way he leaves a starter in after the 7th is if his bullpen is completely devestated. He has done this for 8 years. Why do you think that Cleveland fans cringe everytime Paul Shuey came out to pitch the eighth and sometimes ninth innings. Good thing the Indians scored a lot of runs the last 6 years or it could have made for some very long years.

adding another one.....

Play: White Sox Vs. Cardinals Over
Line: Over 9 -120
Pitchers: Garland Vs. Andy Benes

I made this play because the line moved from 9 1/2 down to 9. I liked 9 1/2 but I just can't pass on the 9. The Cards bullpen just participated in a 13 inning game last night and is weak to say the least. Garland has struggled as a starter, getting an added advantage of him being on the road this evening.

Good luck once again,
HC
