Saturday, May 25th MLB

The offensive slumping Cleveland Indians broke a 4 game losing streak last night against Toronto. The Indians are not a turf team despite their solid infield, and the fact their bats are not producing as of late, I don't see them winning again today!

Play the Toronto B'Jays!

NBA Game 3

The Celtics are back in the Fleet Center, and in their past 10 home games they have covered the spread 8 times. In the playoffs at home Boston is 4-1 against the spread, so it would be an understatement to say the Nets will have their hands full tonight. The scoring threats are there for NJ, but the Celtics D has been impressive holding opponents to an embarassing 79.4 points per game in their last 5 home playoff games. No visiting team has reached the 40 percent shooting mark in any of these 5 matchups.

I look for this evening's game to be a close one, and in order for the Nets to take game 3 they must push the ball as often as they can not allowing the Celtics D to get set. The Nets run the floor better than any team in the NBA, and tonight you will see why. Along with the up tempo paced game NJ must bring to the table to have any hopes of winning, combined with the Celtics success from 3 point land, I look for a high scoring affair despite the fact the under has cashed 4 out of the 6 meetings between the two clubs this year.

Your selection for this evening, play OVER Nets vs. Celtics game 3.

See you tomorrow,
