Padres are brimming with confidence after outscoring
the Giants 32-13, while winning 3 out of 4 against the hated ones.
Padre ace Adam Eaton, is sporting a sweet 2.57 ERA
in 21 innings pitched this yr. His control has been phenomenal,
striking out 14 while walking only 4.

Friday, the Friars travel to Arizona to face a team in disarray.
Coming off an emotional 15 inning win at Milwaukee they have to travel
home, winners of 3 games of their last 11, and a depleated bullpen,
they send their worst pitcher to the mound in Casey Daigle.
Daigle has started 2 games this yr, and has given up a ridiculous 14 runs,
all earned. Dude has an 18.90 ERA. Dude is not good.

The Padres bats, which are on fire, combined with the virtual
double-header played by Arizona the day before, and the travel
over night, and Arizona using 7 relievers over 9 2/3 innings,
and the fact that Casey Daigle is the equivalent of a AA pitcher,
has led me to load double units on SD at a respectable price.

RECOMMENDATION: PADRES -123 (2 units)

enjoy.
