split two + money plays for a decent gain last night. one great thing about betting baseball is you never have to pay juice. used to hate interleague play but now i actually see great opportunity, especially with dogs.
yankees +120 Nats are on fire but these short interleague series are about matchups, not who's actually better overall. Here, I feel that the Nats don't know how bad Hughes has been (or can be), though he's been better recently. Then I think the yanks run into a few hrs on the other side.
marlins +120 Rays rolled them last week, and now all of a sudden are struggling themselves. Miami has their eyes wide open for this series. Zambrano makes his adjustments after last week and Moore is having a bad year overall.
O's +145 Think Balt (18-12 on the road) enjoys playing NL teams that don't score a lot. Don't see a huge advantage with Hansen and it seems anyone can hold Atl's sputtering offense in check.
Padres +105 Not sure who's hotter Pads or A's but Bass has been around longer than Blackley and has better stuff. All that foul territory should help Bass. A's might find out they're no longer playing in thin air. Plus SD is actually hitting the ball in Seattle of all places.
CWS +115 Just like the matchup here with almost any pitcher able to have success in a pitchers park, but the whitesox having the power advantage. 2-1 games are the Sox's specialty per say. Plus Kershaw's been giving up some big hrs lately...in philly and seattle. Think Konerko might get one. Sale's been stout to say the least.
