I'll be posting and keeping a running total of all my MLB plays on this forum. During the weekdays the plays should be posted by 11:00 EST as I try to get most my 'capping done the day before and in the early mornings. I will also try to give a little writeup on my plays, especially the larger ones.

All plays will be for 1 unit or to win 1 unit except for an occasional 2 unit play. Generally, don't feel comfortable in varying the size of the wager, as I feel if the if it's a play......then it's a play.

Record to date: 0-0

CLEVELAND -112 (1 UNIT)

A little info on this game: I think you might be able to find some value in the Tribe, especially early in the season. Sure they lost alot hitting wise, but everyone knows that. They have a bunch of great youn arms and solid bullpen. I think the line today shows some value.

Colon who has pitched well early in the season in the past, should have a solid outing. Colon has pitched great this spring, allowing hitters to bat only .231 against him with an ERA of 1.84

Colon, is also a very good pitcher on the road going 10-3 last year. The Indians were also 12-3 in the 15 games he started for them on the road last year.

Colon, from seeing him in the past, has also fairs better in the warmer weather, which should benefit him today with the game being playin in Anaheim instead of Cleveland today. The forcast calls for 77 degrees there.

Washburn on the other hand for Anaheim is a very good pitcher, but has struggle in April in the past going 0-3 with a 7.56 ERA. Although I do expect him to do better than that, this lefty unlike most lefties, is not the best a facing left handed batters and the Cleveland lineup will sport 3 left hand bats, with possibly 5 in the lineup if the swithhitters decide to hit left handed...unlikely but possible. Washburn vs. left handed bats: hitters batting .283 average and a little wild with 14 BB and 4 Hit Batsmen in only 159 AB.

If the game comes down to Percival...not to panic, the Tribe has hit him very well in the past...true different lineup, but Percival still has bad memories of the past.

Spezio suspend for Anaheim.

Good luck in all your plays. :D

Good way for us to start the season. Another stat to keep in mind. Over the last 3 years Colon is 34-14 at night. That's 70%. If you can get him at -115 to -125 with that winning % it's a steal.

Wish you the best this season.
