Mlicki or McKnight--Worth an Action Play on AZ?

If McKNight is confirmed as the starter, the line will rise from 135 to 165 or so, I think.
Is it worth making an action play on the DBacks hoping they will continue to score 13 runs as they did in BeerBrat's L3 starts?
Do any books allow "action" on totals? None I know of.
