MLS Record: 13-6-2

LA Galaxy ML Ev - Chivas played away mid week and got smacked. Becks and Donavan are finally both healthy and rested for the first time in a while. Gotta like Galaxy's chances here.

Colorado ML Ev - MLS teams playing 2 MLS games in the same week on the road, have a horrific record in their 2nd road game of the week - Its something like 1-11-1 (10 goals vs 31 against) over the last 3 years. Not sure the record when the mid week game is in Mexico, but should only be worse. Add to that, they are traveling to altitude for the second game, and I'll take evens on the home team all day.

NY Pk +140 - Same scenario as above. Just really painful to take a team as bad as NY vs a team as good as Columbus, but Col was in central america a few days ago, they dont have their best player, its on turf, new coach for NY maybe has them at least trying now.

Awesome record.

Are there any more times this year that a team is playing 2 games on the road in a week?

Looks like there are a handful coming up in Sept/Oct for the MLS only and then with the CONCACAF Champs League games being played mid-week, depending on the MLS teams' successes - its Houston, DC, Columbus that are involved, there could be a few more. But, those could be more tricky if a team is already eliminated from the tourny, etc.
