If there are several winners the prize will be split
Only one entry per customer is valid, if you enter multiple scores, only the last score entered is valid.
You must submit your guess no later than 15 minutes before the game begins.
Minimum $50 wager must have been placed in the last 7 days, free play action does not count.
Minimum cash balance of $100 required at the time of submitting the score.

At the bottom, under Promos, click MNF Contest
Select the current week's game
Under Visitor score, submit your guess
Under Home score, submit your guess
Click on submit
You will receive a confirmation stating your selection has been made.
