they are concerned with giving jets the +7 on the tease which is a most common score. If you were in early enough you were getting the + 8.5 as well. now they are only getting 5 which eliminates the 6 and 7.
Teasers are moving that line imo. 1 or 2 point swings crossing the 0 don't mean much in the grand scheme of things.

Money went from 54% on Jets to 64% on Jets since Saturday to present time.
Hence the line move from +1 1/2 to -1, may even move another 1/2 soon.
