anthony,

this is the first time that i have ever opened any of your threads. so i don't know how legitimate you are. but..........

you mean to tell us that you are betting $94,000 on tonight's game ?

why do i have a problem believing this ?

good luck if it's true.

but if it's not true, why are you wasting your time & our time with this nonsense ?

Here
AR182,

Don't know what this guy bets don't really care but some people might see these large wagers and follow blindly. So here's a heads up He lost 220,000 last night on the Bills according to him he had 110,000 Bills +1- 1st half & 110,000 Bills +3 take it for what it's worth.

Anthony- No one is impressed by your phony wager amounts. Reading your posts here, it seems to me you've lost somewhere in the neighborhood of 500 fake thousand dollars. We're all very impressed.

Just curious...

Just curious...

Which book do you use Anthony? I am looking for a place with very high limits.

Thanks.

FYI

He may have lost last night's play on the Bills, but he swept the rest of the day, 4-5 plays. And according to someone who went back and looked at his posts, he's winning on the year.

FYI, Mr. Richkas also lost one of his 3 FB teasers, so he couldn't have "swept the rest of the day". Not to mention, both his plays on the Bills were deemed GOY! Not a regular play, but GAME OF THE f'n YEAR!!!

And just how do you evaluate one's "record"? Remember, it's units (or $$) won and lost, NOT necessarily the record that's important in the end. How many times do I have to say this......Money management is key!!! :D

Rams +3
$5,500 to win $5,000 - W

Those were his bets yesterday before the night game. At that point he was up 95 grand (assuming his bets are for real...). There were a ton of people who were on the Bills big last night - look at the posts. He isn't the only one that lost. And GOY do lose, that's why they play the games.

But that's not the point. The point is people have been bashing this guy all weekend - and I'm sure it probably goes back to before then. But truth is, he isn't doing all that bad. Kotysdad went back and his record at that point stood at:

20-15 in bases +3 units approx
18-16 in foots +2 units approx

- by his calculations...

But that's not the point either...

The point is, when people lose on here, everyone else is real good at picking them up and helping them keep their confidence up. Confidence in capping is just as important as if you were playing the game - if you don't trust your figures, you're not going to win. So why do we choose not to support this guy and wish him luck? Because he makes big bets or posts insane dollar amts instead of units? Maybe he is betting those amts (that huge bet last night was a confirmed bet at a book). Lord knows I don't have that kind of money, but that isn't going to keep me from backing him.

My mom always said if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Yeah yeah, this is the real world, whatever - this is also a message board and was put in place to support each other and share ideas, so how about we start doing that instead of bashing other people for saying they've bet 50G on a game?

wouldnt even pay attention to him. if he was betting that much on a game why even bother coming to a gamblers site:shrug: u must be anywhere from 18-22 yrs old to post this crap

also why post such large figures. why not just use units?

I'm not paying attention to him or his picks. Personally, I don't like his picks for tonight. I think 2 of them have no value in terms of risk v potential win/amt. But there's no reason to bash him. Warn other not to follow his picks blindly. That's great advice. Nobody on this board should follow any others picks blindly. Talk about money management for others to learn from. But to bash him, not necessary.

Exactly jmizeus.

If you're accustomed to having that much disposable income and betting those kinds of figures you don't feel the need to publicize it.

So either he's just inherited a huge sum of money and doesn't know what to do with it, or he's just plain full of it. I'd believe the latter. Either way, if the idea was to impress people it's had the exact opposite effect. It takes away his credibility.

Please, spare me. The guys is obviously full of crap and should be called out for it. People who bet that much on a single game, and I don't think there are many, don't waste their time on message boards. This guys a moron.

Elvis Go get a loan LOL :D :D good one. But if this Guy did win half the power ball 28 million after taxes. Then 100 grand bets are like swatting flies. Oh by the way not all places will take that action.

RipIt3 and 8)Elvis(8,
I couldn't agree more. I give Anthony a lot of credit for not getting into a war of words with everyone. It doesn't matter what you think of his maturity level he does post winners. And while I am at it I didn't think the Bufaalo offense would look so anemic. Outside of the line looking funny originally, I would have thought Buffalo would have been much more competitive yesterday and did take the points myself along with a host of others.
Also, everyone is saying that they are not going to pay attention to his posts but everyone is still posting uncomplimentary replies. Let's try to remember why Jack runs this sight -- to share info and collect as much from the man as we can take regardless of what someone else posts.

Good Luck to all,
Mess
