After an extended leave of absence, I am back to start making my picks again...
NYG -7.5.
NY has a WR corps that is much stronger against a vulnerable Dal secondary. NY will be able to move the ball on Dallas, regardless of rain. Their Barber/Dayne tandem will be tough and will only be better with a strong passing attack. Everyone always says that the run opens up the pass, but it can work backwards too.
Yes, Dal has the Tuna factor, but that won't do anything to change the fact that their personel stinks. A future bet I saw in the pre-season was for Dal winning 8 games. Are you serious? This team isn't going to finish .500. There is no way that is going to happen and tonight isn't the night they start winning the 4-6 games they are going to win this year. Almost 40% of their yards last week came on the run, where NY owns a fairly strong D-against.
That said, Dal will put up 10-13 points via turnovers, big plays, etc. I'm going to go with 13.
Final score:
NY 27
Dal 13
I found a line on the total at 36 (actually I didn't find it, the free line comparison supplied by the site found it). If you can find 36, I'd jump on it and watch this total hit 40 easily.
Pick: Over 36
