Taking both the 'Skins and the Under tonight. I think homefield advantage will play a role here and the 'Skins bounceback after a miserable performance last week. I don't expect this team to lay an egg like that again. Looking for Wash to overcome their injuries to Arrington and Brunell and come together in a sluggish, boring game.
I'm on the Under because I believe both teams have pretty decent defences - NOT because of the weather (I've never been a believer that weather, unless it is really severe, leads to unders. Poor field conditions (ala Miami last night), or strong, strong winds = unders, but not just rain. In any event, I would be on the under even if it was calling for clear skies.
