MNF - What is the actual public play tonight?????

I've made my play already.

Just curious as to what the actual public play is tonight.
I've read 2 different things and both seem reasonable.

1. Colts are the public play due to record and New England injury situation.

2. NE is the public play due to formidable record in Foxboro and owning the Colts 7 straight.

Which is it?
