Well, after looking over this game I've come to a conclusion...
I think that the six game losing streak ends this week for the following reasons:
1) Jaguars give up a lot of plays to the Tight End position. Plus, there secondary in thin. I think Antonio Gates has a monster game tonight.
2) As bad as Phillip Rivers has been this year, he still has potential, and he is better than Gabbert.
3) The Jaguars have the advantage in the rushing game with MOJO, but I expect the Chargers to load up in the box and force Gabbert to throw, which plays into the hands of the 7th ranked passing defense(Pass Yards given up/Game) of the Chargers. Plus, the Jaguars have no go to receivers.
4) As good as the Jaguars rush defense is, I think the passing game will eventually open up some running lanes for Matthews and Tolbert.
That is my input, then again, I could be completely wrong. It seems to happen a lot!
Good luck with whomever you decide to play tonight gentlemen, I'll be on the Chargers -3W
