MON 4/23 ~~ STREAK Tracking! 8-1 Sun... 49-25 since 4/12!! Where's da Problemo?

Gents.... this is the 1st time in my gambling life I (or anyone to my knowledge) has actually bothered to track this system...

"Bet ANY tm that has either won OR lost 3 gms (or more) in a row to continue on that streak"

I started April 12th, (only 11 days), so maybe that's too early for a true picture.
I get it. And I will continue to track, and we'll see.

Sunday was a VERY good day for the system (8-1), but there have NOT been any very bad days (yet..?)... mostly win a little, unit here and there, but no real negative days except the days we played the Big Faves...


Facts are facts...
I started April 12th... and these are results:
*Bet W streak tms to win (25-12) and
*Bet L streak tms to lose (24-13)...
***OVERALL 49-25 ***

Any of the rest of you that dig into your data having this type record? Seriously... ?
Is this an aberration? Just a fluke? Will it get bk closer to 50/50... ?? :shrug:

Facts are Facts (despite our current political debate), this is "Real News"...
No fabrications... been posting and doing the math every day.. go chk.

You get action everyday so far... and I know most of us prefer that lol...

What are problems w/this system?
*Main issue has been... what do u do with a "huge" favorite? -240... -320?

The system has lost twice in this situation (costing $560 in profit), otherwise we'd be up over 2k in less than 2 weeks....

So.... what if u just "Stop playing gms of -200 or more".... ?
In this instance, we have won (either once or twice, can't remember lol) but the losses wiped that out and more.
*At this point in time, that would be MY recommendation... just skip that game.

However, for "record-keeping purposes", I will continue to track these as if they were played to win $100

-Astros hot bats n great SP v Angels tm that has forgot how to hit...
-Shaky pitchers in Wsox gm... ck weather.. I know Buddy Buddy likes Sea and Atl today
-Reds are badddd... their 1 decent SP got hammered yday... depressed tm, but eventually they'll win 60+ gms somehow lol
-Dodgers rookie sp v bad miami tm

takes too damn long to write this all up w/colors n formatting... dats fer damn sure!

Hey LOB, we are cool! Absolutely expert handicappers. Or at least . . . we know how to read.

Maybe I'll start tracking two additional things, L2 and W2 teams to continue and RL on favs > -200

Thanks for doing this!! I sure hope everyone is following this thread and playing this easy L3 and W3 trend.
No tighteners needed yet except to probably avoid -240 favs.

RL play for me on LAD -240. I tend to like RHPs with excellent K/walk ratios.

Smaller plays today on:

Clev W2 vs L2
Oak W2
Giants W1 (v Nats L2)

1) I think tracking rl record on faves -200 and above is a great idea!

2) There's so many plays usually at 3+ gm streaks, I would not try to start w/2 gm myself... however if YOU want to track that, we can add it to the list as a separate item down the road... But I want to keep the 3+ record as an entity by itself.

This 3+ gm streak betting was suggested to me by a guy I met in Albuq back in the early 80's... I just never bothered to keep record on it, but it's certainly doing well so far, and only thing that takes time is typing up these posts, not searching for the plays themselves... simple... and wins (a lot up to this point.. we'll see for the duration).

I wonder where we could find data showing the probabilities: How frequently does a W3 win the 4th? Is that more likely than a W6 winning the 7th. And the same for L3 or L6. That data might not be aggregated already and we'd possibly need a super-computer to do it, but it sure would be interesting. And lucrative.

I sure do agree that playing W2 and L2s creates too much action. Too much action always equals losing.

Kenman could put that into his machine. Anyone seen him lately?

IF there was some computer / statistician wizard out there to just record the results in their system and over time kick out some stats, it'd be great.. but I won't hold my breath lol

Reality is:

This has been winning... very well if you just "remove" any play over a -200 fav.
Overall nearly 67%.

maybe over time, we'll see the W streak out-perform the L streak...?
Or, maybe they will both stay like this 2 outta 3... ?
Time will tell.

Let's see how it does after a couple months... I like it's chances to keep winning. :SIB
