both scenarios are let-down spots...

houston lost at home to wash....home loss revenge trend...
team that beat a team on their floor...seems to let-up in rematch at home...natural human reaction...hey we beat them at their place...we should be able to crush em at our place...end result,
weak effort, take the game for granted.


plus line is inviting wash. money....to low...why is line only 4.5..
wash. at home much better record....should be atleast 6..

Wash as a home favorite of 3.5 to 6 points 6-1 ATS this yr

Wash off a road win 9-2 ATS this yr

Last night, I was heavily leaning to laying the somewhat small chalk with Washington at home. Now, I am a bit leary as well. I agree that the number is a bit lower than I think it should be with the Wizards at home but is this a shaded line hoping to sucker us all in on Washington? Maybe I'll end up passing this one cause I don't think I can play the Rockets here.

Steel ... I totally agree on the Clippers tonight. Clippers are very good at home. I believe something like 33-10 since last years all-star break at home and the Blazers are coming off yesterday's big win over the Lakers. Good spot for the Clips.
