Ugly day for me in pucks yesterday. I'm as bad a totals player as you can find anywhere, sheesh! Kinda cushioned the blow in the NCAA by following volfan, WIZ, and the Big10Guru (countinguy) going 4-0 combined. Will try to get back in the winning column tonite.

Looks like a chalk-eater's paradise today, all road dogs are in terrible spots. Chances are that one dog will win tonite, but who?? :shrug: . I don't think it's gonna be the Josers, though......

Chenks write-up says it all. Wings had the last game in hand until ass-fawk Draper's fawk-up. My only worry I have is their D, being without Chelios. But definitely plenty of value in this line.

Trying something new here, as I think the Wild has a chance to win but also a high chance to walk away with a tie. Wild is 1-2-2 this yr playing B2B, 4-4-2 L10, but 7-3 ATS @ 70% (one game was a -1.5 dog. Philly's gone back to their scoring drought and has relied on PP for their scoring (6 goals scored in L3G, 4 came on PP). Minny has only allowed 1PPG in L11 games.

I would advise fading my totals until they start winning, but I'm gonna continue to ride out the system and see where it goes, since I still have a nice cushion bankroll-wise.

Does the fact that Manny Fernandaz id starting tonight bother you? I watched the MINN/NJ game yesterday and the commentater said that they expected Manny to start tonight and that he may be rusty. I was thinking of taking Phil based on this and the B2B situation but your points about Phil not scoring has made me second guess myself. Comments?

LeRoy, Fernandez is scheduled to starts. The rust factor is a concern, but I'm not really worried since Minny plays neutral zone trap better than anyone besides NJ, and avg allowing 25 shots on goals in last 5 games. Add to the fact that the streaky Philly has gone into another scoring freeze, I don't think Manny will be tested very often. Plus Hedberg came back for Pitt the other nite and did a fine job. Hope this helps.

I'll be checking in every day anyways to see if I can help out on some thoughts and stats but in terms of playing will back off for a couple of days.

You're absolutely right about that incredible streak... The All-Star break messed it up completely. In fact a streak of 21-3-1 in teh last 7 days before the break! The worst is that I had thought about laying off for a couple of days immediately after the break... but decided to keep it up. Current streak: 6-25-2 Should of listened to my first instinct!
