Brandon Backe has been scratched from his scheduled start Monday because of arm soreness.

Backe started having pain during his bullpen session Saturday. Since Jack Cassel was needed to relieve Wandy Rodriguez today, the Astros will give Alberto Arias a spot start tomorrow.

Almost bought that total back. Nabbed it mid-game when the G-men had zero as opposed to their eventual 11. Petit better co-operate.

I'll like the yanks vs Weaver again on Tuesday and we should get another nice price with Aceves. Pettitte-Santana Wednesday but let's see how the offense does.
