Phi +150 might be worth a shot. I think the Cubs are over-priced (-170?) and there may be value in betting against them.
Another dog worth considering is San Diego +110 as they have been hot and the Dodger's have been struggling. Lawrence has been tough against L.A. recently. Perez is LA's best starter, but he was hammered in his last time out against SD.
