New week......BIG play comes up today again!!! After looking back over the plays last couple weeks going to filter out a few things cutting back on plays. Mainly the semi big favorites which one angle has gone 8-4, but with the juice losses has profited very little. The risk factor is just too much.....maybe with football where the juice factor is minimal it will be better. Anyway onto todays play......

A'S -120 (3 unit max bomb!!)

Big letdown series for KC after sweeping SF.....and OAK has revenge on the mind after KC took 2/3 in Oakland. Gray puts them in check tonight

I live in MO ... I don't see a letdown coming anytime soon for KC!! Reality is showing that Detroit is scuffling & the Royals are only a 1/2 game back of the division lead!! They know they need to take advantage of the circumstances they & Detroit are in!!! Very exciting times around here in Royals country!!!

As for Gray, he got rocked his last time out against the Rays AT HOME!!! The Rays tagged him for 7 Runs, 6 of which were ER, & pounded out 10 hits off of him in just 4.1 innings!! That happened the day after Hammel (who has been dreadful since coming to the AL) shut the Rays out!!!!

The Royals bats are alive & well!!! I'm not going to say Gray gets rocked tonight, but in no way would I lay 3 units against the hottest team in baseball right now (9-1, L10), AT HOME!!!! Furthermore, Ventura for KC is no slouch!! He is pitching well, especially at home, & has never faced the A's.

I see a 3-1, 4-2 type Royals W !!!

Just my take on the game... GL to you!

Nice little writeup Ruck.....many valid points backing KC here. They could very well win today which the line and many think. My numbers show Oakland strong here. I'm aware Gray got rocked last time out, but he's no slouch and has some ridiculous record this season when the A's are off a loss and he pitches. He shut down this Royals lineup last week but got literally 0 run support....I think his fellow teammates will make up for that wasted outing and get him enough runs today. Also...I feel with so much going in KCs favor right now why did oddsmakers open A's favorites with Gray who's coming off a terrible outing?? I dunno....just see KC being too much of a so called "easy" pick tonight at + $$. Not sure the Royals are used to all this publicity....heard on my local radio here in Cali at least 3 times this morning the Rwoyals being the hottest team in baseball....all over ESPN too. BOL!!!
