Despite what every one is saying about post RM after beating Kentucky these guys can shoot esp the 3....but rebounding is a weakness...Prov who has won 8 of last 11 can rebound...Batts is a tough matchup with Henderson.Cotton is one of the best gds in the BE and can score...Council if he gives the ball up and shares it is dangerous. these 2 gds can break teams down with the dribble..in one year Cooley has turned this team around..they are playing at home...Cooley would love getting back to the Garden after the Cincy drubbing in the BE tourney...
Houston +7.5 over G. Mason **
Coogs have Thomas who should keep this close..Young can score and frosh House is tough...both teams should score some pts but think Coogs can come under the number..

Texas AM -12 over Nebraska *
Aggies in 1st yr win the SEC...tonite playing old B-12 team..Aggies have 6'4 Bone who is one of the best centers in the country..Griner gets all the publicity and its well deserved...but Neb has one of the best shooters in the country..AM defense and playing at home and Bone give them the edge.
Maryland -9.5 over Mich St ****
Love the Terps playing at home.They have Thomas who had 29 pts and 13 bds in round one..Hawkins can score also..these ladies can go far if they can play some defense.Mich St best my Marist girls by 7..Foxes had won 21 straight but this was Goirgis weakest team...he has upset the past 2 yrs the higher seed...but Foxes are rebuilding.They gave the Spartans all they could handle...close game...they pounded the ball in because of a Marist small front line who double teamed...then they passed it out for 3's...vs the terps they can't do that...think Maryland wins big here...15-20 pts
