herse's some random thoughts on todays relatively short card.
marshall -4: jags usually play with some pace. this is their 3rd road game in 6 days, winning both of the first 2, 92-88 in ot @ ark st on saturday and 84-78 thursday night in hattiesburg. the problem is sala plays a 7 or 8 man rotation, so most their starters have logged some hefty minutes the last few days, especially for this late in the season. this game was shoehorned into the schedule when snow forced a postponement 3 weeks ago, otherwise they wouldn't be in this spot. herd lost the previous 2 meetings in this relatively new sun belt rivalry, i think marshall makes the most of the scheduling tonight.
tarleton st -2: abilene christian won both prior meetings this year but the texans are still favored by a bucket. i can't resist.
