My third play for the week
:00hour
I decided to hit the Monday Night game now just in case the line crept up to -3.5.
Monday Night
Medium Size 2 Unit Play
Green Bay Packers -3 (-105)
Over Bears
Hitting this before the line moves to -3.5?The Packers swept the Bears last year and have won 3 of the last 4 in the series but both games were tight last year (Packers 21-14 & 21-15) and could have been won by either team? The Bears offense has been terrific this season as Jay Cutler has flourished in Mike Martz?s system?but?the difference in this game will be the fact that the Bears defense is vulnerable and gave up over 400 yards to the Cowboys last week, while the Packers defense is an opportunistic unit with big play capabilities?Trends ? The Bears are 4-10-1 ATS in their last 15 games following a S.U. win, 7-18-2 ATS vs. a team with a winning record, 3-8 ATS in their last 11 vs. NFC, 3-8 ATS in their last 11 vs. NFC North and 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games overall? The Packers are 8-1-1 ATS in their last 10 games on grass, 6-1-1 ATS in their last 8 games following a S.U. win, 6-1-1 ATS in their last 8 games following a ATS win, 6-1-1 ATS in their last 8 vs. NFC, 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games in September, 10-3 ATS in their last 13 vs. NFC North, 4-0 ATS in their last 4 meetings with the Bears?.and last but not least?9-2 ATS in their last 11 meetings in Chicago?Bottom Line ? The Bears offense played well last week, but as a team they were lucky to come out with a victory because the Cowboys turned the ball over and missed two field goals in that game ..the better team laying a small three brings home the bacon on Monday Night.
