let's get one thing out in the open. both of these quarterbacks are horrible. yes, horrible. they are a turnover waiting to happen each time they drop back, and not just because of the potential pick, but both fumble a lot, too. that makes wagering on their games a crap shoot, because you just don't know where the turnovers will occur. they can set the other team up for easy scores, leading to an over. or they can come at the end of a long drive, pinning the other team deep in their own territory, leading to an under.
so we have two turnover-prone qbs going against solid defenses. both offenses rely on the running game to open up some semblence of a passing game.
so how do you bet this game? well, a smart man doesn't. but thank god we're not smart, right?
so here's the funny thing nobody seemed to notice when the jets played the pats a few weeks ago. the jets defensive secondary was terrible with revis in the game. yes, it makes no sense, but even revis got burned by moss. cromartie looked like a high school cornerback. without revis the last 2 1/2 games, the secondary has been pretty solid. revis is back. so i gotta play...
