Calhoun is mad.Conn playing to lethargic with all the talent they have.Ben will come out smoking tonite.With Edlelin problaly not playing that will hurt the Cuse big time.Billy E sets up Mac foe his jumpers with his penetration.Pace can't replace that.Cuse's strenght of interior offense with Warrick and co have Okafor and co to deal with.Conn wins this battle inside.Double down on warrick and he has trouble passing the ball.
Uconn will attack the 2-3 like they have the past 2 yrs with wins by 13,and 14 pts.Conn is loaded with deoth and talent.
I think the Cuse get a spanking here.Conn will control the bds just like Pitt did to them.
St Joes -7.5 over Nova
Sorry Nova fans.Perimeter defense.That what Joe does well. They hold teams to shooting ubder 30% from the 3.Nova still has problems with handling the ball.Nardi has really helped but tonite he plays with the big boys or should I say little guy.Nelson and West will be to much.Carroll can hit from the Nova chapel which is 3 blocks away.Jones will be enough to keep the frontline honest.Nova defense will have trouble all nite.Nova with Ray,Foye and Nardi will have trouble getting open jumpers.Sumpter,Frazier and those guys will have trouble.
Joes beat them last yr 92-75. I'll say Joes wins by double digits again.Rutgers and notre dame beat Nova at home.
Air force -2 over UNLV
What a season.No time to explain.UNLV has more talent man for man then any AF player. But all the flyboys do is kick everyones arses.Back door,screen away,dribble,pass,back door,layup and Blankson on UNLV saying "whose man just scored".They have won @ SDSU,Col St and Wyoming.Beat the bigger Uath and BYU.
AF wins this by 6-8 pts.
