sorry I didn't get a chance to post yday w/fball n other stuff,
won with the angels gm over and the lucena r/h/e play
didn't play yanks or rockies games
Today's Picks are...
Rockies gm Over
Rockies
Rockies tm over 4 (same as lucena)
here's my thoughts on em...
*Rockies are obviously backed into a corner, and I believe they are a club w/character and will give their all
*Ubaldo Jimenez is a quality pitcher.... better than his stats the other day
*Cliff Lee is also a quality pitcher, but I don't think he's the monster he appeared to be last time (he'd given up 10 runs in previous 11.2 innings v astros and brewers)
*Phils 6-0 on "Overs" their last 6 road gms
*Rockies 5-0 "Overs" when favored by this line
I can see a close gm... and if it gets to 4-4, we have at least 1 winner and a tie... and hopefully the rockies can make score late and make it 3-0
Either way, I think the Rockies are quality competitors, and will play their hardest the entire game!
besides, the umps will probably mess up again and give us a run or two
