ATLANTA -130 DOUBLE PLAY
ATLANTA Under 9.5 -120
LA DODGERS over 9 -110
LA DODGERS -160

As noted by many, ATLANTA is hot right now, finally getting their groove it seems. BURKETT has been phenomenal on the road this year, and TORONTO can't win at home consistently. Taking the better and hotter team with the better and hotter pitcher. DESPITE what COVERS.COM says, BURKETT'S last 3 road starts have NOT resulted in OVERS as a TOTAL of 11 runs for both teams have been scored!!

Two of those starts have been shutouts, so don't look for TORONTO to get out of their slump tonite.

Someone posted in another's thread how LUKE PROKEPEC has been rocked in his last two starts, and it's true, he hasn't done well. HOWEVER, both were on the road, (one a 4-1 loss at ARIZONA to MLB's winningest pitcher Schilling) and he is a much different pitcher at home. DODGERS are 5-1 at home with him on the mound, OLIVER has only one quality start to his credit. He left one of his last two in the first inning, and if he leaves this one early, look for the DODGERS to go off on their TERRIBLE BULLPEN. LA has SHEFFIELD back, (hit a homer yesterday) and generally rock LH pitching, batting well over .300 against them in last ten games. I see only way to play this, LA and OVER, figuring the DODGERS touch up Ranger pitching for at least 5, then it's a split at worse.
