i was surprised to see ga southern catching so many points. they've played well at home, i think only one conf home loss greater than 10 and davidson is nothing to brag home about on the road. thought this line would be around 5 or 6. good luck!
AP, i looked at this game, and at first liked the thought of catching so many points at home to a below average davidson team. The more I looked however I couldnt do it. Georgia Southern has lost 18 games, 14 of which have been by 9 or more. When GASTHRN looses, they get blown out. I dont think they win, which means there is a good chance they get blown out if you consider their past losses. I know previous games dont effect the direct result of current games, but im just sayin that they have a history of suckin it up. Just figured i would give ya my opinion on this one since I was also considering taking the points here.
All that said, im still rootin for ya pal, just didnt have the balls too pull the trigger on this team. Dont get me wrong, I have bet crap teams a lot in the past, just not in the mood tonite lol.
Ill be watchin hopin they keep it close and eventually learn how not too get blown out!

Ga southern has played some quality teams this year and that has skewed their stats. they've played the following teams ooc:
Notre Dame, Texas Tech, Cincy, Auburn, South Florida and E. Kty
They've played 4 conf home games and covered +10 twice. Ga Southern is the worst team in the conf and Davidson is the next best to them. Davidson has played 11 road games and only won by 10+ points once. I think Ga So +10 is good value if you look at both teams whole picture.

Davidson has just 1 true road win.
GA Southern played CoC very tough at home last time out and has been off since Wednesday last week.
Davidson just had a huge home win vrs. CoC and I expect them to have a let down tonight hitting the road.
The game pace should be right around where both teams prefer it, so GA Southern wont have to do much deviating from their usual game plan.
Last year GA Southern played them very tough and close at home, and GA Southern wasn't much better than they are now. They lost 23 games last season.
Davidson just played their game of the year, IMO, knocking off Charleston, and I honestly would not be surprised at all to see GA Southern get a win at home.

This will be an interesting game. I am passing on it but favor GS. David will kill them on the boards but GS shoots the ball better than David and has a very good guard. I don't think David will be sky high for this game like Gs will be but neither team is any good and think David has a better coach but can't trust either one at this point. A Monday nite game will be tough for both of them especially David. GL guys.
