The return of Wally Sczerbiak to Minnesota, to play
against nemesis Kevin Garnett, will not erupt into
a shootout. Wally was acquired to stablize the Boston
offensive sets and have them work for better shots.
Slower tempo, to help offset the league's worst defense.
Wally doesn't shoot unless he is open, unlike two of
the guys they traded.
The Celtics played last night, so a slower pace is
desired for them and they have plenty of rebounding
presence. That's what they're shooting for now, and
each of their first two games since the trade have
landed way UNDER the total.
