Now how did you know that I would check out this thread? :toast:

I would not be surprised if Bondra is back since it was just the flu and he already sat 2 games because of it. Just my opinion though. This is what I found, keeping in mind this is from the Wash. Post.

RW Ulf Dahlen (bruised foot) and D Brendan Witt (sprained thumb) are doubtful; RW Peter Bondra (flu), RW Jaromir Jagr (groin) and RW Joe Sacco (flu) are questionable. Boston?D Kyle McLaren (wrist surgery) is out.

Thanks buddy-

Probably a no play for me, Caps are tough at home no matter who is out and I would not go against the B's after the loss to the Isles- The over might be worth a look if it is set at 5 1/2 ? Both of these teams can put the puck in the net........ I expect Jagr and Bondra to play tonight...

Here are a couple of thoughts/ideas of whay I am playing the Hawks tonight.

Edmonton playing first of back to back- They are 3-5-1 this year in the first of back to backs-

Edmonton playing St. Louis Tuesday so there might be a chance that Salo will not be in net either tonight or Tuesday? Can't find confimation yet.

Hawks home record is outstanding this year, I think it is the best in hockey. Hawks lost to the Jackets last time out and this fits into my angle of playoff caliber teams coming out strong after a poor performance in their last game versus a weak opponent. Hawks have a good ATS record on 1 day's rest this year and Edmonton is only average on one day's rest this year.

Chicago - 1/2 -110 440/400

Good luck tonight on the Hawks. I really don't like any game too much tonight. The only one I leaned toward was MTL +165 at home, but I decided to pass again today.
