Ended up makin a little $$$ yesterday. Lets see what we can do today.

Have the following :

1. Toronto @ Baltimore

Toronto -125

Baltimore had their home game win streak broken today.
Halladay is an excellent pitcher on the road and he should be very focussed. Add in the winning run Toronto has and it gives a lot of confidence to the ball club. Cruz is back after missing a couple of games and that is also big because he is a good switch hitter.

Halladay has played once this season against Baltimore
throwing 8 effective innings and giving up only 1 earned run.

Last season he pitched 7 innings against Baltimore and had given up one earned run only. Has given up 9 hits in 15 innings pitched against Baltimore last 2 seasons.
Overall he is 3-2 starting against Baltimore with an ERA of 4.50 and a Whip of 1.179 going 0-1

Johnson on the other hand has given up 6 earned runs on 8 hits in 5.1 innings pitched. Last season he gave up 17 earned runs on 31 hits in 27 innings pitched. His team went 0-4 last season.

Overall he is 0-5 when starting against Toronto with an ERA of 6.92 and a Whip of 1.665. His teams record is 1-9 in these starts.

Both teams lost today. Toronto going on a 10 game road trip in 11 days. Look for them to start this road trip strong.

Add in the good hitting % for Toronto and this looks good.
The key factor here is the bull pen. I think Halladay will go at least 8 innings. This does not allow the Jays bullpen to enter and screw up the game.

I think at this price this is a good bet.

Dont need to go into batting % but there are lot of other factors.
Some of the stats like road record etc etc are not good for the Jays but one key to remember is that this is not the same team that was playing pathetically before All Star Break. They have come out strong and have the highest batting % in the majors as a team after all star break.

Look for Halladay to pick up another win. This guy is very hard working and wants to win. He has a great curve ball and is a smart pitcher.

Lots of stats here. Was thinkin of takin the runline @ +115 but
decided against it as I think this will be a low scoring game.
Atlanta has been cashing in good and I think they win against Florida tomorrow.

pitiful is the way i can describe the braves effort against florida.

I think everyone who bets on baseball was on them today:shrug: :shrug: I think atlanta, on mondays on ,the road all of there games have been 1 run games:eek:
