Good to see info, mugs, instead of just picks which seems to be the trend. Keep up the good work.

Well, I suck at making picks on my own so this is the only way I can contribute without looking like a knucklehead. I usually have opinions on games but I wouldn't want someone to coattail me and loose.

Infinii - If you are posting in this thread, you had BETTER be rooting for the B's. ha ha

Seriously, enjoy the game with your dad. I haven't been to the ACC yet...Good to watch a game there? The only time I ever made it north to a Leaf game was Jan. 1999. Made it to the last B's / Leafs game ever at the MLG. Great trip except it was 4-0 Leafs by the 10 minute mark of the first period. I took my dad to that one too. I just remember Bobby Orr getting the loudest ovation I ever heard for the ceremonial puck drop - and we weren't even in Boston where #4 is still a God :D

With the injury bug chomping on the B's lately, here's the potential lines for the B's tonight in Toronto....

With Samsonov sidelined and Marty Lapointe also out of the lineup with a fractured left foot, Ftorek was forced to juggle his lines last night.

At the skate yesterday, he had Marty McInnis playing on the left side with center Joe Thornton and right wing Glen Murray.

He put Michal Grosek with Ivan Huml and Jozef Stumpel

Moved Mike Knuble to right wing on a line with center Brian Rolston and left wing P.J. Axelsson.

I played Detroit -1/2 (-210) for half a unit tonight. I think Detroit comes out and plays better for their home crowd than the egg they laid against Montreal. They are the better team and I think they should win it. Very tempted to play Calgary +1.5 (-125) also but am passing.

Looking hard at the Calgary game tomorrow night in Minnesota. It will be their 3rd / 4 nights with b2b on the road...

I also like & agree with ddubs write up of the B's / Leafs under but with like any B's game, I'm never 100% sure that I'm completely un-biased so I'm passing on it. I wish the B's & under bettors all the best

cooz - I hear ya. They seem to be playing like the Pats did towards the end of last year. No huge superstars but everyone is playing at the top end of their game. Hockey season is such a long season and I know that all teams have their ups and downs. I'm just happy to be riding a positive wave to start the season.
Sean O'Donnell scares the living crap out of me...Gill does too. You just expect the hammer to drop when one of those two are out there. :(

Belfour :thefinger  :thefinger :moon: Four even strength goals after 2 periods.....kiss my :moon:

On the other hand......way off on my estimation of the Bruins energy so far. They look like they're on amphetaminethe 1st 2 periods.

ddubs...I'm rooting for that 3rd period sh--out (can't say the word - might jinx it) for ya. I said in an earlier post that I agreed with you but couldn't pull the trigger. I have to think like I made the bet because next time, I just might pull the trigger.

dubs - I'm happy for your win tonight but I can't help feeling bad for the over bettors. Toronto had one goal called back on a very weak goaltender interference with about 5 minutes to go. I thought it was a lousy call - and we ALL know who I'm rooting for.

Have a good night
