Extremely inclimate weather, thunderstorms have placed the starting time of tonight's Mont @ Fla game in question & possibly the game itself could be in jeopardy ............ 6:40 PM

7:10 PM Still pouring & a huge amount of rainwater has covered the playing field. The field itself looks like a nice calm lake right now..........I can't recall ever seeing it this bad.

*Nuts, I was gonna make MONT a nice play tonight against the Marlins lefty, Tejera. (I'm no homer !) But, I hate interruptions, intangibles, anything that possibly disrupts the flow of the game.
It may be halted by rain twice by the 3rd inning and the lefty you are wagering against will be pulled. Plus, now look for Fla., with its abundant speed, to take extra bases on anything that touches the ground & goes thru the infield. ..........So, maybe they will postpone it & I can do it again tomorrow night. Now I don't know what, if anything, this will do to increase the chances of MONT facing Phelps, the other possible Marlins L starter, later in the series............Hit A Big Un Tonite ! THE HITMAN

i put out so much horrible dis-information today, afraid to throw this out but pitching plans for tomorrow...

/The Marlins will tweak their pitching rotation, with Tommy Phelps working the first game and Michael Tejera -- Tuesday's scheduled starter -- getting the nod in the second game.
The Expos will go with Livan Hernandez and Zach Day. /
