Arizona State +10
I look for a shootout here as both teams average over 30 pts per game. Oregon has been very vulnerable through the air this year and ASU can take full advantage of that. Asu avg's 272 pass yds per game while Oregon allows 270 on defense. One of the big reasons for Oregon's succes this year is there running game with Onterrio Smith. The Ducks avg nearly 170 yards on the ground per game. ASU's defense is very good against the run allowing only 113 yds per game and only 3 yards per carry!!!
West Virginia -8
Syracuse is just terrible this year and that will continue today. The 'Cuse defense gives up 188 yds on the ground (4.1 yds per carry) and 314 yds through the air per game.West Virginia should be able to run at will as they avg 294 yds a game on the ground and have a great rb in Avon Cobourne. The teams that give West Virginia fits are the teams that can throw the ball and Syracuse is not one of those type teams as they avg only 146 yds through the air.
Good luck to all
