these are sides and totals that i'm playing this week based on some wiseguy recommendations, opportune line moves, guys i trust at college pigskin, etc...

hate that both my baseball teams are still in it in september! :mj07: how am i supposed to be a fan, a baseball bettor and a football bettor?! gonna be ridin' some coattails for a while. good luck to all.

gamecocks -14 $1.65
think the gamecocks score more this year, the ol' ball coach has gotta have 'em clickin, right?

buckeyes -28 $1.10
come out firing. love the round 4TD #.

Pitt +2.5 $1.10
think the Urban Meyer carryover is fading. pitt's the better team, should be more than ready.

Clemson -23 $4.40 :0074 :firing:
this line's wayyyyy too low. should be 30!

Iowa St -3 $2.75
big12 team = MAC team? come on.

Purdue +11.5 $2.75 :firing:
brian kelly tax in place here, i think. don't think they can have everything clicking having practiced against that D all summer. won't be shocked if purdue wins this. but i'll take the 11

Cincy +3 $1.10
cin/fresno over57.5 $2.75 :firing:
collaros went OFF when he got in last year. i'll take the points, but really like the over.

Northwestern -3 $3.30 :firing:
better team.

East Carolina +8.5 $2.20
this line is 18pts the other way from where it'd have been in december. too far.

UConn +120 $1
rich-rod could be out in october. uconn's not bad (probably would've been favored in december), and it's worth a shot.

midshipmen -7 $1.10
the terps suck. if that navy no-huddle shakes the D up for a few possessions it could be in hand early in the 2h.

gophers +125 $1.60
we all know what happened here. wish i had gotten more down on it at +125.

Wisky/UNLV und57.5 $2.20
gonna run the clock out too fast to score this much.

UtahSt/Okla over57 $1.65
stoops doesn't pull back on the reins. and if he calls off the dogs on D, utah st could score 10-17.

OregonSt/TCU ov50.5 $1.65

boise/vt und50.5 $3.30 :firing:
Boise St -130 $1.30
gonna be like the TCU 17-10 or Oregon 19-8 games last year. two really good Ds will control this game.

any thoughts on my large plays? can't believe this day's finally here!

Careful with ECU. It'd be tough for me to lay the points with Tulsa on the road but ECU will be a lot different team than last season. They lost quite a few players and have new coaches, while Tulsa returns 9 on offense, including the QB Kinne. He should have a better grasp of the offense now too and Tulsa can score some points.
