I took Louisville +4 and Louisville ML. Lost, of course.
So, I took Carolina -5.5. At halftime, I took UNC -6. I knew I was partially betting with my heart, but figured if my Heels lost, I'd lose with them.
I thought they were lucky to be down by only 5. They got outplayed in the 1st half, but Juwad kept them in it.
The end of the 1st half was huge. Down 5, they take a horrible shot, but managed to get a rebound with under 35 seconds left. I was screaming for them to call a timeout. Put the shooters back on the floor and make sure they hold it for one shot. But they shoot quick. Mich. St. could have gone into halftime up by 7 or 8.
With Felton and May the main ones struggling, it seemed like it would be easier for them to turn things around. Juwad kept playing well and it turned out great.
Overall, just really glad Carolina is one step closer. Looking forward to Monday night.
